Hunt and Hess score in subarachnoid hemorrhage
Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a serious neurological emergency with high morbidity and mortality, where accurate classification of severity on admission is key to therapeutic decision-making. The Hunt-Hess Score , developed in 1968, is a widely used scale to stratify the severity of SAH.
This multicenter, retrospective study aims to review the clinical application of the Hunt-Hess Score , evaluating its correlation with mortality .
