Interleukins in 1st and 2nd septic HIT

Prospective study seeks to deepen knowledge about the role of interleukins in the context of sepsis , comparing their expression and evolution in the first and second septic shock .

The study will evaluate whether certain interleukins behave differently in each phase and whether these changes are related to the severity of the inflammatory response.

The information obtained could support the use of specific interleukins as potential biomarkers or even as therapeutic targets to improve patient survival.
