Fludrocortisone and tacrolimus

This study focuses on fludrocortisone as a possible therapeutic strategy to correct hyperkalemia associated with Calcineurin Inhibitors .

By monitoring the biochemical response and evaluating side effects, we seek to determine whether fludrocortisone represents a safe and effective option that improves electrolyte stability and the prognosis of transplant patients who must receive calcineurin inhibitors after transplantation.
